🚧✨ Exciting updates are happening at Palmyra High School! Cabinets and countertops have been installed in the Art and FACS classrooms. The Art display case and storage closet (every artists dream) is shaping up and state of the art kitchens are coming to life in the FACS room. The locker rooms look great, with flooring and finishing touches being put in place. 🎨 🍽️ 🏆

✨ The Palmyra Middle School Maker Club kicked off the year with a great September meeting! Maker Club is an after-school opportunity for grades 5–8 where students can make, learn, create, explore, and share. ✨
Students had the chance to let their imaginations run wild during Exploratory Month, creating with cardboard and the chomp saw, Perler Beads, 3D pens, Legos, robotics, green screen fun, crafts, and NURCs.
This year, Mrs. Gottman and Mrs. Gard are excited to have 34 students signed up to join the adventure. September was all about free exploration, and we can’t wait to show off more projects as the year goes on! 🎉🔧🤖

🦺🔨 This week, 23 PHS students attended the Build My Future event in Macon, MO. Build My Future is a construction career day and industry showcase that offers students hands-on activities in agriculture, welding, carpentry, and equipment operation. It is a fantastic opportunity for students to explore potential career pathways in the construction industry.
