The Palmyra R - I Elementary School recognizes that our school is the first formal education for most students, and it is essential that we provide a sound educational foundation for the young students. We recognize the individuality of each child and will ensure the opportunity for each student to learn and to achieve success. Our mission is to provide a positive environment that will encourage the young child to learn basic skills, to foster responsibility, and to develop his/her full potential to achieve success throughout his school career and to become a contributing member of society. We believe the success of an elementary educational program depends on the cooperative efforts of the student, parents/guardian, community, and school. |
